1. Services Offered:

  • Marta Cleaning Services agrees to provide cleaning services as per the specifications outlined in the service agreement or booking request. All products & equipment will be provided by Marta Cleaning Services unless agreed otherwise. Please note that any additional tasks or customer requests not outlined in the original quote may have additional costs applied; however, this policy does not apply to the Loyalty Bonuses.

  • Discounts applied cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions.

2. Booking and Payments:

  • Booking requests can be made through our website, phone, or in person.

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges of $10 per week. If a customer fails to pay for three consecutive services, their service will be put on hold until payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee (50% of service).

4. Access to Premises:

  • Clients must ensure our team has access to the premises at the scheduled service time.

  • In case of restricted access, clients must inform Marta Cleaning Services in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuable items before the cleaning service.

  • Marta Cleaning Services is not liable for damage to items left unsecured.

6. Liability and Insurance:

  • Marta Cleaning Services is insured, and any damages caused by our team will be covered as per the terms of our insurance policy.

  • Clients are encouraged to report any damages within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If clients are not satisfied with the service, Marta Cleaning Services will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve concerns.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Marta Cleaning Services respects the privacy of clients and ensures that any confidential information is handled with the utmost care.

9. Health and Safety:

  • Clients must inform Marta Cleaning Services of any health or safety concerns related to the premises or individuals present during the service.

  • Staff of Marta Cleaning Services must inform customers of any health or safety concerns related to the premises or individuals present during the service.

10. Termination of Services:

  • Marta Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, without providing a specific explanation.

  • In the event of termination by Marta Cleaning Services, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client in a timely manner.

  • Clients will be refunded for any prepaid, unused services in the event of termination by Marta Cleaning Services, unless otherwise specified.

11. Client Cooperation:

  • Clients are expected to cooperate with Marta Cleaning Services and its staff during the service. Failure to cooperate or any abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff may result in immediate termination of services.

12. Force Majeure:

  • Marta Cleaning Services is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

13. Photography and Marketing:

  • Marta Cleaning Services reserves the right to take photographs of the premises before and after cleaning services for marketing, promotional, or documentation purposes.

  • These photographs may be used on our website, social media, marketing materials, or other promotional channels.

  • Any identifiable personal information, sensitive materials, or valuable items will be excluded from the photographs to respect the privacy and security of our clients.

14. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

15. Modifications:

  • Marta Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By engaging with Marta Cleaning Services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
